Bangkok, Thailand’s capital, is a large city known for ornate shrines and vibrant street life. The boat-filled Chao Phraya River feeds its network of canals, flowing past the Rattanakosin royal district, home to opulent Grand Palace and its sacred Wat Phra Kaew Temple. Nearby is Wat Pho Temple with an enormous reclining Buddha and, on the opposite shore, Wat Arun Temple with its steep steps and Khmer-style spire.

Asawin Grand Convention Hotel, a new luxury 5 star hotel contemporary style by Miracle Group. Located at one of the greatest spot in Bangkok, on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road near Don Mueang Airport, Government Complex Chaeng Watthana, Chulabhorn Hospital, shopping malls, easy link to BTS stations and highway for various routes.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES AND TRANSFER SCHEDULE

STEP 1: Submit the TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card)

STEP 2: ARRIVAL at BKK — Suvarnabhumi Airport or DMK — Don Mueang International Airport

EXIT NO. 4 — INSIDE THE TERMINAL

Do not immediately go outside after collecting your luggage.

 After immigration, baggage collection, and customs, proceed to Exit No. 4 inside the terminal.

 Look for the official Marx & Sons Co., Ltd. black flag or company signage.

 Stay with your family/group while the guide verifies the passenger list and completes the headcount.

 Do not independently search for the bus outside; airport vehicles may be waiting in a separate holding or

loading area.

 Proceed outside only when instructed by the assigned guide or airport coordinator.

EXIT NO. 5 — INSIDE THE TERMINAL

Remain inside until the group is properly assembled.

 After collecting baggage, proceed to Exit No. 5 inside the terminal.

 Look for the Marx & Sons black tour guide flag or company signage.

 Stay with your family/group and wait for the guide's instruction.

 Do not go outside searching for the vehicle.

 Proceed to the transportation area only after the group has been accounted for.

REGISTRATION AREA

Date and Time: September 4, 2026 | 8AM – 3PM

Venue: Phra Mae Thorani, 1st Floor (behind Reception Area)

*IMPORTANT: Package A & B participants will get their room keys from the Front desk.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

*Your country coordinator can register the entire team.

STEP 1. Submission of the Registration Form. You may submit online through your Country Coordinator. Your Country Coordinator will submit it on your behalf on the day of the registration.

STEP 2. Cashier. Only if you will purchase additional Welcome and Awarding Dinner Tickets or settle the account of the entire delegation. (Participants can skip this Step.)

STEP 3. Get your ID, Polo shirt, Kit and Souvenirs.

ACCOMMODATIONS

For Package A and B only. Get your key card from the Front desk. You can start the check-in from 3 PM or upon the availability of the Room. Those with early accommodations will follow the same procedure.

WELCOME DINNER

Be at the Lobby by 4:30 PM for the transfer to the The Super Galaxy Dinner Cruise.

IMPORTANT: All participants will board the bus from Asawin Grand Convention Hotel.

8:00 AM Start of Registration (with 2 or more exams)

8:30 AM Start of Registration (for those with only 1 exam)

9:15 AM Exam Hall Doors Closed

9:20 AM Chief Invigilator Briefing to Participants

9:30 AM Start of ASIAROPE Competitions

9:45 AM *(Latecomers can enter the Exam Hall not beyond this time)

11:00 AM End of the Competitions
