WHERE ARE WE STAYING?

Note: There will be 3 hotels that will accommodate all of us. Check your assigned hotel during the registration.

Grand Prince Osaka Bay (GPH) will be the venue for the following:

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE

Go directly to the Assembly Point at Terminal 1: International North Arrival Area.

If you are from Terminal 2, take the free airport shuttle transfer to Terminal 1.

Follow the time schedule of transfer.

Approach the facilitator and show your ID for identification.

WARNING: Some will be waiting for 60 minutes or more. We are asking for your patience.

The Transfer is ONLY for Package A & B participants. Don't forget to communicate through your Country Coordinators.

This is the photo of the point of Assembly. If you are from Terminal 2, kindly take the shuttle to Terminal 1 to get to the Point of Assembly.

Alternative way to get to Grand Prince Osaka. For package C participants, kindly arrange your own transfer ahead of time to avoid inconvenience.

Follow the bus schedule strictly. The schedule is the time of departure. Be at the Lobby at least 15 minutes before the schedule.

*IMPORTANT: ALL participants are advised to Register first before checking-in on the Dec. 19 to your designated hotel accommodations.

Registration will be at the Foyer of Grand Prince Ballroom located at the 3rd floor of GPH.

Prepare your printed and signed Waiver or Consent Form

If you failed to bring it with you, approach the in-charge that distribute the form and fill it up.

III. CHECK-IN AREA

Get your Key card at the FRONT DEST.

*IMPORTANT: Check-in Time is at 3PM-5PM. Those who will be staying at Moxy and Aloft will check-in after the Awarding Dinner.

2:45 PM *(Latecomers can enter the Exam Hall not beyond this time)

II. COMPETITION RULES

1. Bring your Competition ID or Participant ID.

2. Sign in the Registration Form.

3. Write your Candidate number on your Answer Sheet. Missing or wrong Candidate number would mean Disqualification.

4. Any form of cheating or disruptive behavior is ground for Disqualification.

5. For IMOCSEA, NO CALCULATOR and Electronic Devices are allowed in the Exam Hall.

6. Use either 2B or B pencil or No. 2 pencil or a black or blue pen.

7. The use of Correction Tape and/or Liquid eraser is NOT allowed.

8. All answers must be written in the Answer Sheet.

9. Answers may not be checked if it is not written legibly.

10. No marks will be deducted for wrong answers.

TOUR

Osaka is a large port city and commercial center on the Japanese island of Honshu. It's known for its modern architecture, nightlife and hearty street food. The 16th-century shogunate Osaka Castle, which has undergone several restorations, is its main historical landmark. It's surrounded by a moat and park with plum, peach and cherry-blossom trees. Sumiyoshi-taisha is among Japan’s oldest Shinto shrines.
