WHERE ARE WE STAYING?

Note: There will be 3 hotels that will accommodate all of us. Check your assigned hotel during the registration.

The hotels that will serve as your home away from home are as follows:

*Harbor Park (Package B & C)

*Gloucester Grand Hotel

*Seoul National University-Sihueng Campus Hotel

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE

Look for the signage "GELOSEA & SEACSO International Round" at the Arrival Area. Follow the time schedule of transfer. Approach the facilitator and show your ID for identification.

WARNING: Some will be waiting for 30 minutes or more. We are asking for your patience.

ALTERNATIVE TRANSFER OPTION FOR PACKAGES B & C

For Packages B and C, you may take a Taxi going to your respective hotels.

In going to different venues, please show the address in Korean to help you find the right locations.

REGISTRATION VENUE AND SCHEDULE

All Package A participants will register in their respective hotel accommodations. Other packages (B & C) from other hotels will register at Sangsang Platform.

8 AM Start of Registration

9:15 AM Exam Hall Doors Closed

9:20 AM Chief Invigilator Briefing to Participants

9:30 AM Start of GELOSEA & SEACSO Competitions

9:45 AM *(Latecomers can enter the Exam Hall not beyond this time)

11 AM End of Competition

11 AM Snacks
